Sleeping for 8 hours us a very good one because you will be sound and feeling refreshed when you wake up and there will be no reason for someone to wake up.

I have seen some people that even though their alarm will be ringing, they won't still wake up.

I always wake up in the morning without alarm because I am not a heavy sleeper.
