Anyone who tries that with me will be blocked permanently. I don't care who the person is. 

I won't block the person but I will just withdraw any interest of communication I have or had in the past with he person. I've done it several times with people in my contact list and some of them were bold enough to ask why I stopped to talk to them while the communication with others stop abruptly.
