Some people have sleeping problems. A lot of them need something sort of pills in order for them to sleep at night. It causes some to suffer from high blood pressure and so much more.

Do you get enough sleep every day?

I play quite a lot on PS4 when I get the free time. I’m currently going for platinum on all CoDs. I have the hardest, BO3 and I’m now going for Cold War.

I love music and always fall back on it if down or stressed. My favourite bands and artists are Sabbath, Priest, Young, Floyd, Zepp and the Doors.

I try to hear them as much as possible but something they get angry even if we are not responding or yelling back.

I am generally avoid such a confrontation by giving some other time to talk. so what is your method.
