Normally, I don’t need any alarm to wake me up in the morning. For as long as I’ve slept for at least 8 hours, I can be able to wake up on my own around 5:00 a.m. in the morning.

The smartphone which I’m currently using is iPhone 15 Pro Max.

Right now, I’m making use of Hulu. I tend to switch from one streaming service to another. I was using Netflix last year, so I’m enjoying Hulu this year. It’s a good service.

Try as much as possible to stop eating junk food, stop eating late night food. Once it’s 7pm, don’t eat anything again apart from fruits and drinking water. Eat more of vegetables because it’s going to help you lose weight.
