Do you like eating fried plantain or it's something you prefer cooked? A lot of people don't eat fried food as a result of their health condition.

If you enjoy eating fried plantain, how do you prefer it? Do you like it brown, dried and crunchy or it's better for you soft and yummy?

I enjoy fried plantain, but I prefer it soft and tender rather than too brown or crispy. It tastes best when it’s just right—not too hard and not too oily.
