Evil Dead Rise is the fifth Evil Dead film. In the story, Beth visited her older sister Ellie after a long time, who have three kids on her own where she's living in L.A.
Ellie's son found mysterious book deep in the bowels of Ellie's building, which unleashed flesh-possessing demons that took over Ellie.
It was Beth who was already pregnant that stood her ground to kill the demon.

I enjoyed this movie PERSONALLY! The level of blood and gore in the movie was what made me love it so much. I had it watched like 4x repeatedly before I felt good enough to stop.
