Only the costume and painting looks very creepy. There was a horror movie I watched some year back the villain dressed in the same costume which I can't remember the name of the movie.

I have downloaded this movie last two days ago but I haven't had the time to watch it. But after reading this review and seeing it's not 9/10 rating, I'm going to watch it tonight. I prefer watching horror movies in the night.
