If horror movies is your favourite genre of movie, you must have watched a lot of horror movies with horrible death scenes.
I have seen worst in Hellraiser. The way people were butchered in the movie was horrible!
I found a good article on top 10 most shocking and horrifying death scenes in movies. I can't dispute any of the death scenes that's explained in the article.

Do you think more should be added?
The most horrifying death scene I've seen was in the movie " The Mist". The way that David killed his loved ones because he thought there was no help coming and he don't want them to experience a painful death. His cry when the soldiers came to rescue survivors was a heartbreaking one.
The log truck scene in Final Destination 2 still gets me. It's not the goriest, but it made me nervous every time I’m behind a truck.
The 2013 Evil Dead remake had some of the hardest death scenes for me to watch. The gore was so intense that a few moments genuinely made me cringe.
If you have watched the new TV show called CARRIE, there's no way you wouldn't love CHRIS CAR DEATH SCENE. How Carrie crushed the car with her in it was super satisfying.
