I am someone that likes to read more than watch and the reason is simply because I have had challenges with watching more videos as I always end up sleeping off. However, when I read, I am always more on alert.

I don't sleep while watching videos unless I am too tired due to work stress. I love staying awake and complete any video that I start watching.
It depends on if I am tired when I am watching the movie. Chances are that I will most likely sleep off if the movie is particularly boring because there is nothing that can keep me forcefully awake watching that kind of movie.

Yeah, sometimes especially when it’s long or boring. This is why I don't pick any movie to watch. If a movie isn't highly recommended, I wouldn't waste my time watching it.
Any smart person is going to make their sleep a priority at night instead of watching movies because the movies will never run away.
