Some people have sleeping problems. A lot of them need something sort of pills in order for them to sleep at night. It causes some to suffer from high blood pressure and so much more.
I don’t think that I get enough sleep because I usually go to bed very late at night and wake up very early. I used to sleep around 2:00 AM and wake up 6:00 AM.
I don’t joke with my sleep at all. Once it’s 8:00 PM, I’m already in bed ready for sleep. My smartphone is on scheduled shutdown at 9:00 PM, once it’s 9pm, my phone goes off and I won’t on it till it comes on by 6:00 AM.
