If I went to bed, I sleep very deeply. I can sleep more than 12 hours without anything or anyone waking me up. This is why I need an alarm to wake me up in the morning.

I've been doing my best to sleep at least 5 to 7 hours every night when I go to bed. I now know how important sleeping very well at night is and I'm trying to take advantage of it.
