I spend at least 10 hours online every day. It's more than enough for me to do everything I needed to check online. If I'm done, I will just watch movies or TV shows.
I'm trying as much as possible to reduce the number of hours I spend online everyday.
It's why today I keep it below 5 hours to do whatever I want to do online daily.

My data is always on so I don't know how many hours I'm spending online. I can be less busy and buried myself on Tiktok or Facebook and other days, I can just be busy while my phone will be somewhere waiting for me.
